Withdrawing from Web-Delivered Courses
For students living in Tucson
If you have to withdraw from a Web-delivered class and live in Tucson, you need to follow established procedures for withdrawing from a University of Arizona course.
For students living outside Tucson
If you are taking this class and live outside Tucson, the process for dropping a web-delivered class, after the drop dealine, is as follows:
- Contact your instructor by UA e-mail to request dropping the course.
- After you receive the instructor's confirmation e-mail, forward the email and your request to drop, to email@example.com. You must let the summer session office know that you (the student) want to drop the course, as this is our permission to do so on your behalf. The email must include your full name, student ID number and the complete course information. Please check the dates and deadlines for the drop dates and the signatures you will need to drop the course.
- Please do not contact the department. All drops need to be processed by the summer session office if the student cannot drop on UAccess.
