All registration changes require not only instructor's signature indicating permission on a Change of Schedule (drop/add) form, but also thed dean's signature.  By policy, permission from the Dean to make a registration change at this time requires an extraordinary reason.

*Students are responsible for dropping courses if they do not plan to attend a class. It is important that students check their account to be sure that courses are dropped or paid for. Courses not dropped correctly will result in a grade of "E" in addition to non-refundable charges.
**Course will not appear on transcripts. Drops or changes processed after this date must be done on a Change of Schedule form.
***If adding from '0' units, Late Registration Petitions with dean's approval and stamped 'paid' by Bursar's Office must be processed at the Registrar's Office, Administration Building Rm 210. Late registration will be assessed a $50 fee.
