Withdrawing from Web-Delivered Courses
For students living in Tucson
If you have to withdraw from a Web-delivered class and live in Tucson, you need to follow established procedures for withdrawing from a University of Arizona course.
For students living outside Tucson
If you are taking this class and live outside Tucson, the process for dropping a web-delivered class is as follows:
1. Contact your instructor by e-mail to request dropping the course.
2. After you receive the instructor's confirmation e-mail, forward the email and your request to drop, to Elvia Gandara, email@example.com. You must let Elvia know that you (the student) want to drop the course. You can fax an add/drop form to Elvia at 520-621-2099, with the proper signatures. You can obtain the add/drop form online at www.registrar.arizona.edu. Please check the dates and deadlines for the drop dates and the signatures you will need to drop the course.
3. Please, do not contact the department. All drops need to be processed by the summer session office if the student cannot drop on WebReg.
