Withdrawing from Web-Delivered Courses
For students living in Tucson
If you have to withdraw from a Web-delivered
class and live in Tucson, you need to follow established
procedures for withdrawing from a University of Arizona course.
For students living outside Tucson
If you are taking this class and
live outside Tucson, the process for dropping a web-delivered class
is as follows:
1. Contact your instructor by e-mail
to request dropping the course.
2. After you receive the instructor's
confirmation e-mail, download and complete a schedule change form
from the following location:
www.registrar.arizona.edu/forms/DropAdd.pdf
3. Fax the completed form and a
copy of the instructor's confirmation e-mail to the department through
which the class is offered.

4. The department will obtain the
instructor's signature (and dean's signature, if necessary) and will
forward the schedule change form to the Curriculum and Registration
Office.
